The practical rules of staying here.

Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior agreement. Before departure, close windows and turn off lights, air conditioning, TV and other electrical equipment; leave used dishes clean or collected neatly by the sink; place rubbish in designated containers; check personal belongings; lock the cottage and follow the key-return instructions provided directly for your stay.

Maximum overnight occupancy: 5 persons per cottage, unless DCG approves another lawful arrangement in writing. The lead booking guest must be at least 18 years old. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors require prior management approval. The booking guest remains responsible for approved visitors.

Keep the cottage, balcony and surrounding area reasonably clean and orderly. After returning from the beach, rinse sand from feet and beach belongings using the outdoor taps along the main walkway before entering the cottage. Put rubbish only in designated containers.

Pets are welcome only with prior notice and management approval. Standard refundable pet security deposit: 50 GEL, unless another written arrangement — including no deposit — is agreed in advance. The deposit is not a pet fee. Keep pets under reasonable control and clean pet waste immediately. Keep pets off beds, bedding and indoor furniture. The booking guest/pet owner is responsible for reasonable actual pet-related damage, stains, odours, additional cleaning, pest treatment, repair or replacement costs. Pet-related liability is not limited to the 50 GEL deposit.

Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. Avoid unreasonable music, shouting or gatherings that disturb other guests or neighbours.

Parties, organised events and large gatherings require written approval in advance. Any special event occupancy, noise, cleaning or security conditions must be agreed before the event.

No smoking inside cottages. No guest-supplied gas cylinders or gas burners. No candles, hookah/shisha, portable grills, sparklers or other open-flame/fire-producing items. Fireworks, firecrackers and all pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The only permitted fire/cooking exception is a DCG-designated BBQ/picnic facility, if made available, used strictly as instructed. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire equipment, electrical systems or other safety equipment. The electric kettle is for water only; do not cook or heat food in it.

Do not move furniture or materially change the cottage interior without management approval. Do not move towels, dishes, remotes, blankets, bathrobes or other inventory between cottages. Do not take cottage towels or indoor inventory to the beach or remove them from the property. Items missing at checkout, removed from the property or damaged beyond fair wear and tear may be charged under the replacement amounts in the Terms or at reasonable actual repair/replacement cost.

Flush only toilet paper and normal toilet waste. Do not flush wet wipes, sanitary products, diapers, food, rubbish or other foreign objects. Where a blockage or plumbing service is reasonably caused by prohibited guest use, a standard 100 GEL plumbing/cleaning charge may apply. Any reasonable documented repair/specialist cost above 100 GEL may also be charged.

The booking guest is responsible for damage caused by the guest, party members, approved visitors or pets beyond fair wear and tear. Normal turnover cleaning is included. Cleaning substantially beyond normal use may be charged at reasonable actual additional/specialist cost, supported by evidence where reasonably available.

Children are welcome within the five-person occupancy limit. Cottages have an open staircase to the loft; children must be supervised on and around it.

Free parking is available in front of the gate. Spaces are not individually reserved and the area is not a supervised or guarded car park.
