We use this information to answer questions, check availability, prepare a booking, communicate about your stay, keep ordinary business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or accounting duties.

We receive only the payment status, reference, amount, currency and booking identifier, and we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. The provider handles card data under its own privacy terms and the card-scheme security rules it is certified against. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and charges are made in Georgian lari.

Inquiry messages that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for 6 years, which is the period Georgian accounting and tax rules require. Website analytics are held in aggregate for up to 26 months. Chat transcripts are kept by our chat provider for as long as that conversation is open plus 12 months.

You may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to use of personal data you sent to us, subject to legal or accounting duties. You may also contact the State Audit Office of Georgia, which has exercised the personal-data supervisory functions since 2 March 2026.
