Is there a kitchenette available for preparing meals?
Yes, each cottage includes a private kitchenette with essentials such as a refrigerator, electric kettle, dining area, and kitchenware.
What amenities are provided in the private bathroom?
Bathrooms include a shower, towels, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries, shampoo, body soap, and toothbrushes.
Are the cottages suitable for families with children?
Yes, families are welcome. Children policies and extra bedding can be confirmed before booking.
Does the unit include comfort and privacy features?
Cottages include air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, seating areas, and private outdoor space with sea and garden views.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Earlier arrival or later departure can often be arranged in advance, depending on whether the cottage is free that day.
How do I confirm a booking, and what deposit is needed?
A deposit of 30% of the total price confirms the booking. The balance is due on arrival, or you can pay the full amount in advance. Until the deposit arrives the dates are held provisionally.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling more than 72 hours before arrival is free and the deposit is returned in full. Within 72 hours of arrival the deposit is retained and one night of the stay is charged.
How many cottages are there, and what is the difference between them?
There are nine cottages. Cottages 1 to 7 look onto the garden and the pines. Cottages 8 and 9 are the seaside ones and cost more. Every cottage is the same size, 71 m2 over two levels.
How many people can stay in one cottage?
Up to five. Each cottage has a queen bed, a sofa that unfolds into a double, and a single fold-out bed, across 71 m2 on two levels.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge. Please mention it when you book so we can allocate a suitable cottage.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking directly in front of the gate. Spaces are not numbered or reserved, and the area is not a supervised car park.
Are the loft stairs safe for small children?
Each cottage is on two levels with an open staircase to the loft. Children should be supervised on and around it, and it is not suitable for unaccompanied toddlers. Families with very young children often prefer to use the lower level for sleeping.
Is there heating for the colder months?
Yes. The cottages are insulated and heated and stay open through the winter. The coast at Ureki is mild compared with the mountains inland.
How often is the cottage cleaned?
Cottages are cleaned and the linen changed between stays, and during your stay we clean every few days at no extra charge. An extra cleaning fee may apply only if the cottage is used for a party or event.
Do I need a car, and can you arrange transport?
You do not need one. The beach and local shops are a short walk away, and we can arrange a driver for airport transfers and for day trips. Free parking is available if you do bring a car.
Do children pay?
No. Children of all ages stay free of charge, within the cottage limit of five guests. There is no per-child fee.
